The Egyptian Manager who solved my problem for the 2nd time. This time he was able to give us rooms which were more appropriate for my family of six. The previous time, he refunded money for one room as we had booked two and only one was available.

Proximity to Masjid Alharam for value in Ramadan. There’s a bus available too. Rooms are nice and do the job as well as needs be for the level of hotel. It’s a 20-25min fast walk or 15min bus ride. Threw a nice little party on Eid for children. Also taxis can reach the hotel.

I like this hotel. First, at the reception they check in me as we arrived (around 15 minutes waiting) Raya manager. Thank you. Second, Arman (8 floor) thank you to you)) you gave me iron every time when I asked (iron was very matter for me)) Very good Wi-Fi Very silent at the room , nothing to hear from other room! Good location- many shops Polite staff, shuttle bus on time. I recommend this hotel with 100 %)) Thank you!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. Shuttle bus service is available.

The room was big and fitted 4 single beds with good space left. The staff were friendly too. The walk to the Haram is easy and around 10mins but the walk back is not so easy as you have to come up a steep hill which is very tiresome.

Location and facilities.. parking was adequate for big SUVs also.. shuttle service was great.. just 1 min drive from shuttle drop point on ajyad side..
